Play Lie of SightA fresh puzzle is waiting for you.

Lie of Sight is a free find-the-liar logic puzzle set in the Fibbersons' rooms. Each case shows the room from above and each family member reports what they saw or did not see from their square. Exactly one statement is false and you must reposition people to test whose account cannot be true alongside all the others.
Each family member follows a specific sight rule: Dad sees his whole row and column, the Kid is blocked by low objects, Grandma sees two squares in every direction including diagonals, Rex the dog smells the eight adjacent squares even through walls, and Fibs the cat sees only along four diagonals. Use these rules to deduce the liar.
A new case opens every day at midnight local time and solving it on that day grows your streak. The game runs in a browser on phone or computer with nothing to download and no ads. There are also 63 extra cases and a full archive of past dailies available to play anytime, plus an optional free account to keep your streak synced across devices.
How to play Lie of Sight
- Open the case and read each family member's statement about what they saw from their position.
- Move family members to different squares to check whether all truthful statements can be true together while exactly one statement is false.
- Use the sight rules for each character to see which positions allow or block the observations described.
- When you find a placement where all but one statement can be true, accuse the person whose statement cannot be made true.
Tips for Lie of Sight
- Start by placing characters whose sight rules are most restrictive, such as Grandma or Fibs the cat, to eliminate many possibilities quickly.
- Use walls and tall furniture as definitive blockers for lines of sight; low furniture blocks the Kid but not the adult rows and columns.
- Try candidate liar positions one at a time and check whether every other statement can be satisfied simultaneously before committing.
- Use the lightbulb hint sparingly to reveal one square and which character to try there when you are stuck.
