Wonderhop is a free daily word game that gives everyone the same four short games of seven questions each. Each question must be answered within thirty seconds and the game emphasizes social responses: one mode rewards the most common answers, another rewards the rarest, and two modes ask for chronological extremes.

The four game modes are labeled Sky, Abyss, Past and Future. Sky asks you to supply the most popular answer and advances you higher the more common your reply. Abyss asks for unusually rare answers and sinks you deeper the rarer your reply. Past and Future ask for the oldest or most recent answer compared with other players' replies.

Each answer can score up to 100 points, so one full game yields a maximum of 700 points. The site runs a daily leaderboard and includes retro pixel art and hidden secrets. The interface and puzzles are available in multiple languages including English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish and Turkish.

Tips for Wonderhop

  • For Sky, pick broadly shared, mainstream answers rather than niche ones to maximize points.
  • For Abyss, avoid obvious, popular choices and favor obscure or unexpected answers to score higher.
  • On Past questions, think historically: choose items or events that are clearly older than typical alternatives.
  • On Future questions, favor recent inventions, trends or releases that others might not pick as old.
  • Keep responses concise and obvious to type quickly, since each question has a 30 second limit.

Each Wonderhop game contains seven questions and you have thirty seconds to answer each one. You must submit an answer for each of the seven prompts within that time to complete the round.

What do Sky, Abyss, Past and Future mean in Wonderhop?

Sky asks you to give the most common answer so higher popularity moves you toward space, while Abyss asks for rare answers so rarer replies sink you deeper; Past asks for the oldest answer and Future for the most recent, each judged against other players' replies.
