Play MoonshotA fresh puzzle is waiting for you.

Moonshot serves five new sports trivia pitches each day spanning baseball, football, basketball, soccer and more. Each pitch gives you twenty seconds to type a correct answer before the clock runs out. Everyone receives the same lineup and a fresh set drops at midnight Eastern.
Scoring is based on how rare your correct answer is: common answers land as Singles while very rare ones become Moonshots, with distances mapped from 140 feet up to 500 feet. Your accumulated feet determine rating tiers from Benchwarmer up to Hall of Famer, and special milestones include hitting five Moonshots for a Perfect Game.
The game is an independent fan-made project and is not affiliated with any league, team, player or governing body. The interface includes an optional narrator that reads pitches aloud, several voice and style settings, and a public leaderboard where you can pick a nickname to appear among the daily Top 10.
How to play Moonshot
- Start the daily lineup to receive five pitches, all players get the same questions each day.
- Read or listen to the pitch and type a correct answer within twenty seconds before the ball reaches the plate.
- Each incorrect attempt counts as a foul and you may try again until the twenty-second clock expires.
- If the clock expires on a pitch it counts as a strike; move on to the next pitch after three strikes or after the five pitches.
- Your rarer correct answers travel farther and add feet to your total, which sets your daily rating and leaderboard position.
Tips for Moonshot
- Think of less obvious but still correct answers to increase the chance of landing a farther hit rather than the most famous reply.
- Use last names when a single surname uniquely identifies the answer, since the game accepts reasonable name variants and team abbreviations.
- Practice quick recall for each sport to make the most of the 20-second window; speed allows more attempts on tougher pitches.
- Enable the narrator and choose a voice style if hearing the question helps you process information faster under the time limit.
