The United States pays the most for an ad impression on both iOS and Android, about $11.50 per 1,000 interstitials in Appodeal's Q3 2024 benchmarks, followed by Switzerland, Australia, South Korea, Taiwan and Canada. The table below ranks 102 countries on iOS and 135 on Android with the change against a year earlier, plus the web figures that are public.

Which country has the highest eCPM?
The United States, on every mobile platform and format except two. On iOS a US interstitial earned $11.71 per 1,000 impressions in Q3 2024, ahead of Switzerland ($9.60), Taiwan ($8.56), South Korea ($8.50) and Canada ($8.47). On Android the US leads interstitials at $11.45 with Australia close behind at $10.70, and Australia overtakes it on rewarded video ($15.83 against $13.89). Banners are the other exception: they pay so little everywhere, about $0.15 to $0.50, that the United Arab Emirates edges ahead on iOS.
The 25th country on the iOS interstitial list still pays $4.77, Poland, and on Android $2.68, France. Below that the price falls fast: Brazil is 48th on iOS at $3.03, India 70th at $1.50.
Which markets are growing fastest?
Sort the table by change and the answer is Central and Eastern Europe and Turkey, not the large emerging markets people usually name. On iOS, interstitial eCPM rose in Croatia (+67%), Turkey (+52%), Romania (+49%) and Czechia (+36%) between Q3 2023 and Q3 2024; on iOS rewarded, Czechia (+89%), Croatia (+84%), Turkey (+68%) and Poland (+62%) lead. The Gulf moved up on Android: Saudi Arabia interstitial +35%, Qatar rewarded +142%.
The big emerging markets were flat or down. Brazil and Mexico each gained 13% on Android interstitial but fell or held still on iOS, Indonesia and Vietnam slipped on both platforms, and India fell 26% to 30% on rewarded and Android interstitial. Most of the top 25 barely moved: the median change among them is +1% for iOS interstitial and +4% on Android. Android rewarded rose almost everywhere (+23% median in the top 25), and banners fell almost everywhere (a median of -36% across all 135 Android countries), so the format you run decides more than the year.
When you sort by change, countries whose earlier value was under a tenth of the leader's go to the bottom. On a $0.26 base a few cents read as +700%, and those rows would otherwise fill the whole list.
What does web pay by country?
Less than mobile apps, and far fewer countries are public. AnyMind publishes monthly web eCPM from about 1,200 Asia-based web publishers: in Q1 2025 a US web interstitial paid $3.35, down 8% on Q1 2024, against $1.78 in Japan and Singapore and $0.20 in India. Web banners paid $0.74 in the United States and fell in almost every market, by 14% in the US and 27% in Australia. Pick Web in the table to see both lists. They are short because the report only covers these countries, and the Western ones come from an Asia-based network.
The only public web table with more countries is Remoby's, which lists what advertisers paid for pop ads the day before: $3.38 in the United States, $3.64 in Brazil, $8.53 in Thailand. Pop ads are a different product from display, they open a page behind the one you are on, so read that tab as a separate market, not as what a banner would earn. For display in Europe, Pubstack's UK benchmark puts programmatic eCPM at 1.30 pounds in Q1 2026, up 0.9% on a year earlier, for all formats and devices blended.
How much can a website earn from ads?
Monthly ad revenue is pageviews x ads per page x eCPM / 1,000. Your eCPM moves with the visitor's country, the format, the season and your network, so the calculator turns your traffic mix into a range. Change the numbers, the result updates as you type.
Share of your traffic by country, in percent. The multiplier beside each name is its price relative to the United States.
Estimated monthly revenue$278Range $139 to $418
Revenue per 1,000 pageviews (RPM)$2.78Traffic-weighted price: 0.71 x the US
The 1.30 starting eCPM is a placeholder: replace it with your own network's US figure. Multipliers are Appodeal Q3 2024 interstitial eCPM, Android and iOS averaged, relative to the United States; the web tables cover too few of these countries to build them. The range is plus or minus 50% for viewability and fill and is an assumption, not a measurement.
The multiplier beside each country is its mobile interstitial eCPM relative to the United States, from the table above. The starting US eCPM of 1.30 is a placeholder: use the figure from your own network's report, since that single input moves the answer more than everything else. With the sample mix and 100,000 pageviews a month at three ads per page, it estimates $139 to $418 a month. The same traffic from the United States alone would earn about $390 in the middle of the range, and from Vietnam alone about $41.
Can you trust a single eCPM figure?
Not to the dollar. Tenjin and CAS.AI put US Android rewarded eCPM at $30.25 in Q2 2024, where Appodeal measured $13.89 a quarter later: a 2.2x gap between two networks for the same country, platform and format. Different publishers, different quarters, different auction mixes. Use a published eCPM to compare countries within one source, never as a forecast of your own revenue.
What will eCPM do in 2026?
Nobody publishes a country-level eCPM forecast. Ad spend forecasts point up: Dentsu expected global advertising to grow 5.1% in 2026, with Brazil (+9.1%) and India (+8.6%) the fastest major markets, and WPP Media raised its 2026 global forecast from +7.1% to +8.9% in June 2026. Measured data is more mixed: Bidlogic's Q2 2026 mobile data shows iOS eCPM rising in every format it tracks, led by Japan rewarded (+17.26% on Q1), while Android is split, India rewarded down 5.18%. Ad spend growth does not translate straight into eCPM, because more inventory absorbs the extra money, and Playio's roundup of Appodeal and Tenjin data puts the fourth quarter 20% to 40% above the first.
What does this mean for a daily game?
A daily browser game sells web inventory, usually display or an interstitial on the results screen. Three things carry over from the table. Where your players live changes the price of the same impression several times over. An interstitial or rewarded placement at the end of a puzzle is worth many banners, and banners are the format losing value fastest. And a market can move 50% in a year, so check your own network report before drawing conclusions. To see where your players come from, list your game on relaydle and watch the country split of the traffic the rail sends.

Where do these numbers come from?
- iOS and Android: Appodeal's public benchmarks, all app categories, monthly eCPM per country, averaged over July to September 2024 and the same months of 2023. Only countries with all three formats in every month are listed, which leaves 102 on iOS and 135 on Android.
- Web interstitial and banner: AnyMind's 2024 to Q1 2025 web eCPM reports, about 1,200 and 1,112 Asia-based web publishers, averaged over January to March 2025 and 2024.
- Web pop ads: Remoby's public CPM chart for 6 October 2026, the 30 countries it shows without an account.
- Context: Tenjin and CAS.AI (Q2 2024), Pubstack via ExchangeWire (Q1 2026), Dentsu and WPP Media forecasts, Bidlogic (Q2 2026).
All values are in US dollars per 1,000 impressions, which is eCPM, except Pubstack's in pounds. They are what ad networks pay, not what a publisher nets after fees.
